This chart from our Origins range is centred on the northern part of Als Fjord in Denmark. Located in the southeast of the country, Als Fjord separates Als Island on the east from mainland Denmark on the west. The fjord leads into the Als Strait which in turn opens into the Fjensborg Fjord. At the southern end of the strait is the town of Sonderborg. On this chart, the bay of Stegsvig is seen on the northeast, beside the Farresdam. On the bottom right is the coastal town of Hardeshoj. The chart is set on a blue background and is finished with a white frame.
