This chart features Courtown, which is a village in County Wexford. It was developed after Lord Courtown ordered the construction of a harbour during the Famine years, 1839–1846. Courtown is situated on the Irish Sea coast and with the recent development during the Celtic Tiger years, has merged into the adjoining village of Riverchapel.

Arklow Bank is a long narrow sandbank 27km long and is situated 10km off the coast of Co. Wicklow. The bank has been developed as a windfarm generating electrical power for the Wicklow area. It is Ireland’s first off-shore windfarm. On the land side, notable location on the chart are Brittas Bay, Arklow town and Courtown.
