Montreal is a city in the Canadian province of Quebec. Originally called Ville-Marie, or “City of Mary”. The city is on the Island of Montreal, which took its name from the same source as the city and a few much smaller peripheral islands, the largest of which is Île Bizard.
This was a commission as a corporate gift for a company based in Montreal celebrating 70 years in business. The photos show the neat title card. This chart was quite challenging due to the numerous bridges and jetties – straight line structures are very difficult to cut by hand. The overall 3D chart section captures the Docks and islands that make up a unique port on the Saint Lawrence river.
