- Overview
The Adriatic Sea is the location for this colour chart. The eastern European country of Croatia has more than 1,000 islands in the Adriatic. The city of Split lies towards the south of the country in the area known as The Dalmation Coast. To the south of Split is Brac island and further south is Hvar. Also included are the smaller islands of Solta, Otok Scedro and Otok Drvenik Veli. There is also a small cluster of islands lying to the west of Hvar known as Paklinski otoci.
This is an artistically creative chart with both the compass rose and the northern land portion extending over the edge of the chart. The chart is set on a golden background and has a grey mount and a brushed silver frame. Surround lighting works well to highlight the island detail.
