This is a frequently requested chart area. In this instance, the coastal stretch is from Manly Beach down as far as Bate Bay. The first obvious landmark is the famous Sydney Harbour. The inner harbour makes its way into the city of Sydney past Vaucluse, the location of the world-renowned Opera House, and as far as Balmain, Drummoyne and Woolich. Back on the coast, Bondi Beach is the first landmark heading towards Botany Bay. The change of coastal formation at Botany Bay is offset by the variation in chart colouring here. Further south, the smooth arc of Bate Bay completes this chart.

The chart is framed in limed white with a blue and cotton white mount combination giving it a fresh nautical look.
