Ardara to Dawros Head

The focal point of this chart is the Co. Donegal village of Ardara and the surrounding coastline which lies on the edge of the North Atlantic Ocean. It includes Dawros Head on the outer reaches of the lovely Loughrea Peninsula. The coastline is rugged and scenic and there are numerous small lakes in the area.

Ballinreavy Strand and Maghera Strand can be seen on the chart. Some of the main scenic points near Ardara are Glengesh Pass, the Maghera Falls and the views over the Atlantic from Loughros Point.
