The focal point of this piece is the coastal fishing village of Ardglass, Co. Down. Ardglass is situated in the Lecale peninsula on the Irish Sea. The chart covers a small geographical area. Moving southwest from the harbour, you can see the village of Killough. Surrounding it are Killough Harbour and Coney Island Bay. Coney Island is a small seaside hamlet and is a narrow peninsula rather than an actual island.
