This chart covers from Árainn Mhór (English name: Arranmore), an island off the west coast of County Donegal on the top left of the chart to Dawros Head.

Arranmore is the largest inhabited island of County Donegal, the island is part of the Gaeltacht, with most of the inhabitants speaking Ulster Irish. The island is a captivating beautiful place where way marked trails lead you from sandy beaches to rocky cliffs, providing spectacular views of the glittering sea, the cliffs, rock arches and the majestic mainland mountains; from Glen Head to Tory Island.

The signal station at Dawros Head consists of only the low ruins of a signal tower on the foreshore. The exposed part of the surviving foundation is the lower part of the ground floor. If the tower had a semi-basement level it is probably present underneath the loose rock that surrounds and infills the ruined tower.

The chart also includes Cruit Island, Rutland Island, Inishkeeragh, Inishfree upper, Inishcoo and more small islands, Boylagh Bay, Rosses Bay, Trawenagh Bay and Loughros more Bay.
