Attached are photos of two versions of the same area. Both are beautiful black and white charts of Lough Neagh and North Channel. One has a surround lighting, a carbon fibre background with a black frame and one is finished with a white mount and Oak frame on a black background. Surround lighting works well against the various contours as it throws light and shade across the layers.
Lough Neagh is a freshwater lake in Northern Ireland and is the largest lake in the island of Ireland, in east-central Northern Ireland, about 32 km west of Belfast. It is covering 396 square km, with a catchment area of 5,700 square km. Its main inflows come from the Upper River Bann and River Blackwater, and its main outflow is the Lower River Bann. Lough Neagh averages 24 km wide and 29 km long, and is for the most part only 12 metres deep.
The North Channel is the strait between north-eastern Northern Ireland and south-western Scotland. It begins north of the Isle of Man, where the Irish Sea ends, and runs north-west into the Atlantic Ocean. It is reaching a minimum width of 21 km between the Mull of Kintyre (Scotland) and Torr Head (Northern Ireland). The Scottish coast of the channel is deeply indented by the Sound of Jura, Kibrannan Sound, and the Firth of Clyde, and the Irish coast by the Belfast Lough.
