The main part of Portrush town, including the railway station as well as most hotels, restaurants and bars, is built on a mile-long peninsula called Ramone Head. The harbour is enclosed by two piers and it is this location that is featured on this chart. The piers are called North Pier and South Pier and the street that connects the two is Kerr St. It is a busy tourist area and visitors are catered for with fine sandy beaches, a golf club, all the harbour has to offer and also the nearby Giant’s Causeway.
The piece is finished in an oak frame with a cream mount on an aqua blue background.
